Terms & Conditions:
- Please credit me wherever you post the art.
- You may use it for non-commercial purposes, including on your streams, schedules, social medias, etc.
- For Danganronpa and Genshin art, please remember that this is fan art and should be treated as such. Certain assets including BGs, fonts, and characters belong to the original developers and artists.
- Please don't rush me! I generally work very quickly but it may take some time. If you have a deadline please discuss it beforehand.
- Upfront payment through Paypal after we sort through all the details.
- For bust/Danganronpa art, only one sketch will be given before final product is delivered. Some revisions allowed for Genshin art.
- I may reject requests if I feel unconfident about being able to complete them.
- I may use your commission as part of my portfolio, and may work on them on stream (unless specifically requested not to).
- Please clarify any doubts you may have about these terms.

What I need from you:For art:- Detailed description of your design idea/concept of your character/any other comments (I will design freely if not enough details are given)For rig:- Rig-ready model art. The model needs to be separated into appropriate layers (multiple eyes, mouths, accessories)- Complexity of the rig depends on the layers provided.- Please discuss anything and everything you need!
TERMS OF SERVICE
(LIVE2D COMMISSIONS)
FOR ART- By commissioning me to design your model, you are agreeing to give me creative freedom in realizing your character based on your descriptions/design concepts. Please ensure my art style is suitable for your desires.- Before commissioning, please gauge my capabilities based on the examples given. I may reject commissions if they are overly complex or out of my skill range.- After the art is done, you are free to utilize the design for streaming, promotion, social media, commissioning artworks, etc. You may alter and edit the base model, however I must still be credited for it.- You must credit me whenever possible including on your channel/socials. You cannot pass off the art as your own.- Revisions can be made during the sketching phase, any major changes/additional requests after I start on the final model will result in extra costs.- Any and all discussions about this commission must be confidential between you and I.- Ensure that you can be contacted easily through Twitter, Discord or email.- You cannot use my art for NFTs, or resell the model as your own.- I will hold no responsibility for any controversial actions you make while using the model.- Please don't rush me! If you have a deadline please discuss it beforehand. I will make sure I work on commissions as often as I can but it delays may happen.- Upfront payment through Paypal after we sort through all the details.- In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be given if terminated during the draft phase.
